Refund policy

At Vicancio, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for initiating the return by contacting our support team at support@vicancio.com within the 30-day window.

Customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Customers must retain proof of postage (receipt or tracking reference) when sending items back.

If no proof of return can be provided and the parcel is lost in transit, Vicancio cannot issue a refund.

Return Packaging Guidelines

Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

Wherever possible, customers are encouraged to use the original packaging.

Returns received in damaged or unsellable condition due to inadequate packaging may be subject to partial refunds.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

If returned items are not in original condition (e.g. missing tags, signs of wear), Vicancio reserves the right to issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for alternative sizes or colours, subject to stock availability.

To arrange an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
