Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of dispatch).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs
Vicancio offers free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom and the United States.
Deliveries to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses are unfortunately not available at this time.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), DPD
United States: USPS, UPS, DHL eCommerce
All shipments are fully trackable.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel until delivery.
Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to update.
