Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
- Customers must contact support@vicancio.com to initiate a return.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Keep proof of postage, as refunds cannot be issued for lost parcels.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges for other sizes or colours are available if stock allows; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
