Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  
• For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
  
• Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.
  
• Customers must contact support@vicancio.com to initiate a return.
  
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  
• Keep proof of postage, as refunds cannot be issued for lost parcels.
  
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  
• Exchanges for other sizes or colours are available if stock allows; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).
  
• Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) are processed the next business day.
  
• Standard delivery takes 8–9 business days after dispatch (total 9–11 days including processing).
  
• Free standard delivery on all UK orders.
  
• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (no PO Boxes or BFPO addresses).
  
• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail and trusted courier partners.
  
• Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched (allow 24–48 hrs for updates).
